Masking compatible! Shine Kōgei's ceramic coating.

Ceramic coatings can be applied to complex-shaped substrates!!

Shine Kogei's ceramic coating technology "Cera Armor" boasts superior film properties compared to conventional fluororesin processing. However, the processing steps themselves are almost the same as those for fluororesin processing. After degreasing, surface treatment, painting, and firing, a high-hardness film is formed. Since it involves spray gun painting, coating of complex-shaped substrates and the inner diameters of pipes is also possible. Partial processing through masking is also available. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful if you could provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The nature of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick properties, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) * If possible, providing drawings would be helpful for estimating costs.

Shine Craft's 【Sera Armor】 Ceramic Coating

With Sera Armor Coating, Shine Kogei completely resolves issues related to "release properties, heat resistance, and wear resistance"!

The Sera Armor coating film has obtained not only compliance with the Food Sanitation Act but also approval from the U.S. FDA! It is a non-toxic and harmless coating material that achieves a high hardness film (pencil hardness 5 to 9H), heat resistance (continuous use at 500°C), and release properties equivalent to fluororesin, while also exhibiting far-infrared and antibacterial effects! Additionally, since the firing temperature can be low, it not only reduces the load on metal materials but can also be widely used on non-ferrous materials such as glass and plastics. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be smooth if you could provide the following information: 1. The nature of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) *If possible, providing drawings would be helpful for estimating and calculations.
